WEDDINGS/REHEARSAL DINNERS

For outdoor functions, the winery is available for a fee of $1500.00. Fee includes use of kitchen, use of grounds, and informational tour for guests, a small tent set up in front of winery for wine serving, and LTE representatives present at event.

Les Trois Emme can comfortably accommodate up to 36 people in the tasting room for a seated meal. We are able to provide dinner for up to 36 and hors d’oeuvres for larger numbers.

For bigger outdoor events, we can suggest area caterers. We can accommodate up to 125 people outside. When your guests exceed 50 in number, a charge of $30.00 /hour for additional servers will apply. (One server for each 20 additional guests).

Wines served during event will be given a 10% discount. This discount will only apply when a minimum of 1 case is purchased. No hard liquor can be served.

A $250.00 non refundable deposit is due with signed contract and credit card information to secure your date. Thirty days prior to event, 50% of total cost is due. Balance due the day of the event.

PRIVATE WINE TASTING

After 5 p.m., the winery can be set up for a private wine tasting. The cost will be $20.00 per person.

Tasting can include a tour of wine making facility. Tasting will include current LTE wines accompanied by specific hors d’oeuvres that compliment each wine. Your guests will be able to purchase wines after the tasting. (Parties of more than 20will require additional servers).

COCKTAIL PARTY

After 5 p.m., the winery can be used for a private cocktail party (2-hour maximum). The cost is $40.00 per person plus the cost of wine.

Cost includes a tour of wine making facility, servers, and your choice of 2 passed and 2 stationary hors d’oeuvres. If applicable, a small tent can be set up outside.
